  I'm in Des Moines, Iowa, but the city is nestled on and around a mountain. There is a cliff that peaks in a waterfall that overlooks the city, and at a certain point before the waterfall there is a hot spring where the water comes out. I'm there overlooking the city with two faceless acquaintances, who I'm suspicious of, but I'm trying to be friendly as I tell them that it's my first time at a hot spring. The water is warm and soothing. All of a sudden, the scene changes and I'm on top of a wall above a residential section of the city. There are firemen there, but they aren't fighting fires, they're fighting some sort of insect-like automatons. They jump from the wall around me, using jetpacks to descend onto the neighborhood of small apartment buildings and driving some sort of weapon under their feet down onto the robots. Suddenly, the scene shifts again, and I'm in a snowy mountain range on the side of a giant pyramid, surrounded by other snow-covered pyramids. I have a friend with me and together we are trying to survive and find some way to escape. Something in one of the pyramids is angered, and then we are being attacked by a stone tower that has arms and legs and is killing people indiscriminately. I awaken a spirit from one of the tombs in the pyramid, and tell the spirit that I will serve them for eternity after death if they save us now. The spirit stirs up a vicious whirlwind that breaks the tower.
